New to me 1986 minnie winnie, looking to replace carpet in cab.  It is a for econoline 350 with the 460 engine.  When I am looking for a molded carpet I am not sure of the options I should be looking at...  Is the cab a ford econoline 350 pick up? Van? base? XL? ETC...  Or are none of these viable an do I need to just buy bulk carpet and Jute.  HELP!

Welcome to the RVForum!

The cab is the Econoline van.  The trim level (XL) only comes into play if you want carpeting versus the rubber mat used in the base van.

Make sure you're only buying the front carpet, not for the whole van.

The coach was built on what Ford calls the E350 van cutaway chassis, i.e. a van cab with no body behind it. The dash and maybe the "doghouse" (engine hatch cover) comes trimmed, but the rest of the van is bare and is upholstered by the RV builder. The area in front of the driver and around the pedals should be the same as any 1986 E350, but the rest may not be.

Most any decent carpet shop out to be able to make carpet to fit.
