The handle broke on our shower when turning it off. Something snapped and it just kept spinning. We had to cut the hose leading to the shower head and plug up the hose to stop the drip.We are having a hard time finding a replacement. We have a 1998 Coachman Santara. Ay suggestions?

Most RV parts stores carry the cheap plastic faucets.  That is what you likely will have to buy as home faucets are of the wrong style.  As for a new shower head.  One word, Oxygenitics.  You will never regret it.

I installed a normal house faucet in my bathroom and shower.  Fit perfectly.  The only difference I found is the quality.

I much prefer the single handle shower faucet.  Much easier to adjust the blend of hot & cold water.  Additionally I installed a water cutoff on the outlet to the hose with the shower head on on it.  This way I can set the water temperature and turn the water off and on without messing with the water temp setting.

Here is what I installed in my RV:

Our Camco shower head has a full shut off valve on the handle. No dribbling beyond the few seconds it takes to drain the head.

My shower head in our motorhome was clearly lacking in pressure and function, so I purchased Camco 43712 RV waterfall shower head thinking that it would resolve my issues and serve a better showering experience. Did it? Absolutely without any doubt!

This Camco head really puts out a nice stream whether using City Water or internal water tank with the pump on while boondocking. On/off switch performs exceedingly well anytime I need to conserve water and take a shower.

The steam is flexible, adjustable as well and very easy to switch.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and the value I got for a very reasonable price.

You're replying to 2-1/2 year old thread, and the link I posted above goes to the actual Camco 43712 shower head without all the "waterfall" stuff. It is a nice shower head and we do enjoy using it, but it's nothing like the large water wasting waterfall heads shown in the article.
