Looking for help. In process of sanitizing water system, when I turn on 12v pump, water is forced out of the city hookup. I have double checked that my valves ( antifreeze and internal water tank) are in correct position. Any suggestions? -Steve

Ok, after further research and using iPhone for video inside storage area. I think I found a replacement on amazon. Valterra A01-0176LFVP White Lead-Free Metal Recessed Water Inlet. https://www.amazon.com/Valterra-A01-0176LFVP-White-Lead-Free-Recessed/dp/B005947ZR8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1501965970&sr=8-1&keywords=valterra+water+inlet+for+rv#customerReviews

Save your money for now anyway. Remove the cleanliness cap and the screen from your existing fitting. Then using the eraser end of a pencil, push in on the ball inside the fitting. That is a check valve and if it's not seating properly, water will come out of it when your pump is on.
