Block Heater

I have a 2004 Beaver Monterrey with C9 Cat. The Block Heater switch is on dash, 15amp breaker is in AC distribution panel and the factory wiring diagram shows it wired to a receptacle. Check every where for it, rear engine access, under bed, AC power cord bay. Any Beaver owners with knowledge of location would be appreciated.

So where did you find it in case some other poor soul comes along and needs to know?

Access panel in bedroom for transmission and front of engine. The GFCI had tripped, cable has short neutral to ground.
