You can if it is less than 13'6" tall at the highest point.

What's the concern?
Height? You cannot be over standard commercial size, which is over 13' 6", I believe.
Propane? No non commercial restriction I am aware of. May need to shut off your tanks if open.

What is the highest point on your fifthwheel?
Have you ever measured it? That information could be handy there on the east coast where there are lots of old low bridges, etc.
