Today we replace our old worn, tattered 20 foot awning fabric..
I picked up a new one in Elkhart for $129.00
Pretty easy if you have several helping hands..
Just watch winding that spring...  Youtube video said 9-11 turns.  Mine took 15 turns at each end
to get it to roll up and could maybe use one more turn at each end..

The longer the awning, the more turns it takes on the torsion springs. There are also two grades, standard and heavy duty, that use different number of turns.  The A&E instructions have a chart for turns vs size & type.
