Hello.  Generator help needed.  It won't turn over.  I have performed all the checks. The light on it flashes twice and then 9 times in a row.  Does anyone know what this code means?

not sure...but sometimes I have found that mine won't crank over till I clear the code.
Press and hold the stop for approx 30 seconds, I think that should clear the codes then give it another try....
