Odd electrical issues on older Holiday Rambler

Hello!
We live in a 89' Holiday Rambler Crown Imperial.  We have some parts of our electrical that are not working and we were hoping you all could give us some advice.  The main panel above the door that tells the levels of the black, greywater, and regular water is not working. Also on this panel is the switch for the hot water heater and water pump. Neither of these work either.  Also, our fridge is not working. Nothing lights up, it looks off.  It is on the same side of the RV as the panel which is off/not working as well.
Any ideas?

First thing to do is to see if you have any electrical documentation on your coach. If not do a search on the net or contact the manufacturer.
I had some issues with my 01 Bounder and contacted the manufacturer for some diagrams, it took a few days but they were helpful.

Once you have that information, it becomes possible to "trace" the circuits. From your description it would almost seem that the power feed to the panel is missing.
This could be something as simple as a fuse. However without any documentation it would be very difficult to locate even where the fuse may be.

Not much help, but hopefully enough to get started in the right direction...

Then once the batteries are up to snuff, start checking your fuses. A multimeter or a fuse tester like below is the best thing to check them with. A visual inspection can lead you astray.

First EVERYTHING you mentioned needs 12 volts.. EVERYTHING. The water heater heats with either 120vac or Propane but it NEEDS 12 volts to tell it to operate and to run switches and valves and the control computer (Module).
The sensors use 12 volts as well

So Step one. Check your HOUSE batteries.  Charged up.. Good  I like to use a test light from here on as opposed to a volt meter (This is something you get at the Auto Dept or Autp Parts store, Looks like an ice pick with a wire)

Touch CLIP to battery negative, TIP to positive  LIGHT BRIGHT good
Move clip to any unpainted chassis part. Still bright GOOD

Move out along the positive wire, when you come to a connection or device check both sides

Problem exists between BRIGHT (if Bright exists) and DARK

NOTE this is done with the RV NOT PLUGGED INTO SHORE POWER.

At some point  in the RV is a device called a Converter.. On OLDER RV's it may be part of the power distribution panel (And on newer ones but different makes and models) and that may be  a Magnetek 6300 Series  Check both sides of all fuses  EPICALLY any 30 anp fuses.

Now plug in  Again  check those 30 amp fuses.

Good chance that's where your problem is (NOt necessarily the fuses but the electronics behind them)

If you find a device that is "Bright/Dark" tell us what it is or post photo and we can help,
 
First, let's try to go back to the event that started it all. Where any of those systems working at one time? Has anything been done to the system? Do you recall anything that precipitated the change? Did everything happen at once? As someone else suggested, take a look at the house batteries. Your best friend is a reliable multi-meter. Once you have determined that your house batteries are fully charged, that they maintain a charge and all connections are proper, you have won half the battle.
