Last weekend, I noticed that the gas appliances in the trailer are not functioning, not even the stove. Naturally, the first thing I checked was the gas tanks, which proved to be 3/4 full. I then started to try to troubleshoot the whole system,as I am fairly comfortable working with LP. Turns out that the regulator went bad, and the lines to the appliances were under pressure. I replaced the regulator, released the pressure from the lines, and the stove started to work normally, however the water heater and furnace, both, show an ignition lockdown fault code, and don't turn on. Is it possible that the valves have been damaged by the high gas pressure? Has anybody experienced anything similar, and if so, what was the solution to the problem?

Possible. Well I do not know, LIkely no.

Have you cycled power to them?  You need to cycle power to them to reset  You may also need to push a button somewhere but generally a Switch off Switch on  Try the furnace first since it sucks gas fast enough to clear the lines.
