I just purchased a 2008 Jayco 806 popup. The converter model is an Elixer ELX-20. When I flip the 15 Amp breaker on that controls the lights, outlets, etc., it emits an awful squeal. It is currently not hooked up to a 12v battery source, on 110. Everything seems to still work but the squeal is just loud and annoying. Is the converter dying or is this an alarm indicating an issue?
