Though we've only had our 5th wheel for a short time, we've tried to be diligent about leveling and un-hitching when we're parked at a site or between trips at home.  We'll be home for 3 days then we go back on the road.  Will it hurt anything if we leave the 5er hitched to the truck, all systems off (electric and propane), on an un-level surface until we leave again on our next trip?

One caution..... Coffee this AM one of my fellow coffee drinkers (and it's happened to me too.. Sort of)

Spoke of leaving his RV hooked to the tow vehicle and leaving the furnace on. BOTH house and vehicle batteries were dead...

In my case I left the headlights on

Now his was some time ago, not sure he had an isolator (Though I know they made 'em then) In my case the blang thing did not disconnect (isolate) as it should.

I had a jump start battery. Would not trust it to crank an 8.1 but it sure fired up ye old Onan just fine, and after a while the 8.1 cranked as well (Thank you Progressive Dynamics).
