Shower surround

I am wanting to add a shower surround in my avenger 27DBS. The paneling boards are coming loose and really no way to resecure without it leaking behind the boards. The size of the shower surround would be 24x38x60. Every one I find on the internet is out of stock! Any recomendations on where I can get one of these? Or a fix to stop water from getting behind the paneling board nail holes?
 
Welcome to the RV Forum!

The easiest fix would be to replace the nails with flathead screws, before screwing them in coat the threads with caulking.  When you screw it in the caulking will fill the hole and migrate up to fill any gaps between the screw head and the paneling.

Wipe off the excess before the caulking dries and you're good to go.
