After installing new batteries we have lost power to the radio, auxiliary plug and all the tanks and battery meter gauges, all located on the door side of the trailer. Any suggestions we can't find a fuse box, the converter is under the bed.

Are you sure you installed the new batteries correctly?  If you got the polarity reversed the incandescent lights will still work but everything you listed would go dead.

The 12 volt fuses are usually located next to the 120 volt circuit breakers.  These will usually be close to where the shore power cord enters the trailer.

But I'd verify the batteries are installed correctly first.
