I have an Onan generator on my RV and my problem is that I can't keep it running for longer than 5-10 seconds. I cleaned the carburetor and I still can't get it to run. Have y'all had any similar problems and what did it take to fix it? Thanks in advanced for all the help!!

The model and spec number/letter will help us help you. Is it gas, propane, or diesel?

Can you please look at the attachment jpg file with a ZERO file size?
Is that something fishy?
 
Looks like the file didn't upload correctly/fully.
 
That's the 5500 (5.5 kw), right?

When it shuts down, what diagnostic code does it give?  The start/stop button light should blink three times to indicate a service fault, and you have to read out a secondary code. Could also blink twice rather than three, indicating low oil pressure. Diagnostic codes should be covered in your Onan owner manual.
