Even Brake will only partially depress brake pedal

I've used the Even Brake for about seven years without any problems.  Today I set it up as usual.  The compressor charged the braking system, but when the brake pedal was depressed , it didn't even depress it enough to turn on the stop lights.  Any ideas?
 
Call Roadmaster 1-800-669-9690. I have found them very helpful. I suspect you may see a rebuild in your future if Roadmaster can't offer any solution.

Is there a setting on your Even Brake that could have been bumped or moved?  One that changes the amount of pressure to exert on the brake pedal. I know on our old Brake Buddy there is a knob for pressure settings.
