Most rvs have a house power disconnect on the stairwell wall inside the entrance door. If you shut it off, it will shut off pretty much all 12 volts. There are a few exceptions I believe like the propane detector. Mine also has  a separate chassis disconnect in the battery bay. I know my friends coachmen diesel pusher has the chassis disconnect in the rear access that opens to check the motor oil and tranny fluid.

The coach has two separate battery systems, house and chassis. The "battery disconnect" that most people talk about is for the house system and is normally located inside the house part, typically by the entry door.  If there is a disconnect under the hood, it is probably for the chassis (engine start) battery.
