Try Google to find results. The parts can be had for a little over $20 and if you can run a screwdriver, etc. it's not a hard job to do.

I assume that's a Ford chassis. Do a search for your chassis model (F53 or whatever) with door lock conversion for a search term like Yolo suggested.
