Howdy again,
The front bed seems to be pulling the wall away from the floor when out. The gap at the door is preventing me from locking the top and sides in with the clips. I have a few ideas about how to fix this, but I really don't want to start pulling things out if someone has a solution,

Can't help you with your problem but how about going into your profile and create a signature of yourself telling us a little bit about you. It may help in the future knowing what your RV is.  It will save us from having to go back to some of your previous post to figure out what you have.

it "looks" like the frame is bent fore to aft
but
it might (hopefully) just be warping from out of level set-up

I used to have a dickens of a time getting the door in straight, but mine was a side to side thing.....
I once set it up just a bit out of level....
the roof leaned to one side
and after that time, the pup was very sensitive to it.  I think it slightly bent the roof jacking mechanism.
The weight of the awning also tends to pull the roof to the side

If I were you, I'd verify the side to side and front to back level very carefully, before cranking to the roof up
then check it....

My understanding is that these pups are very sensitive to being set up out of order
As I recall.... get everything level before cranking the roof up
then after the roof is up, and only then should the stabilizing jacks be put down.
Bent frames are common

taking down would be jacks, then roof down, then you can take it out of level

its the out of level thing. but. as the camper ages, even that wont fix it. I had to rock mine, and when it swayed just right, it would go in. just a weird popup thing that is almost universal. there is no fix ...you can get longer screws I guess..I thought about that, but never did it. the only real fix is to get a small travel trailer to be quite honest. pups have quirks. I learned to love those quirks.
