We drove over to look at the Grand Junction FW today, and made a deal. The seller had discovered and disclosed a newly found leak in the water heater plumbing, which caused a soft spot in the kitchen floor. He will not sell the camper until that is fixed, and he has already made an insurance claim on it. Then, he will call, and we will buy it. He already has a different, smaller camper to meet their needs.
This seems to be the definition of a lovingly cared for, even pampered FW. He is the original owner. Tennessee RV in Knoxville has done all of his maintenance and repair work. We love the floor plan and found nothing wrong with the unit. It was raining the entire time we were there, and no leaks were found. Tires are 3960# load limit X 4 = 15, 840# on a 15,500 GVWR camper. Remember, 3000# is riding on the pin!
For now, we are limited to weekends, but.......
First pic is the BEDROOM TV and fireplace!
