Moss Park is a county park in Orlando.
I've searched and can't find much in the way of reviews or photos

Do you have any experience with it?

I've been to Bill Frederick County Park CG, also in Orlando, a few times now, so I'm familiar with that as a comparison.

Side note if you are familiar with the area.... not too far from there is a new walmart and sam's club on Narcoosee Rd.  So new it can't be seen on the google map earth view but it does show up in street view.  Maybe it's not even open yet???  Anyway, Allstays has no indication if overnight parking is allowed.  I'm wondering about that too.

DW is going to a 1 day conference at the Nemours Children's clinic down there in a few weeks, and I'm looking for a place.  Ideal would be a free "boondock" for one night nearby the first night before the conference arriving late, then drop her off, take the kids someplace for some tourist/fun...then after the conference find a CG to park for a night or two.... not sure where we'll go for the 2nd night....maybe stay at Moss Park if it's nice.....

I live right down the street from Moss Park and I have been there, it is beautiful but I did not investigate the RV park since I live the in the best one in the area already. Let me know if you want me to drive by to answer any questions. Here is some reviews:

Beautiful area. I love it here. Great weather, friendly people, lots to do. An adult playground.

looks like we found a place to boondock for that first night.  I'm still unsure about what activity we want to do or where we want to go for teh rest of the weekend.  We've been to orlando so many times now.....

Have you been to Gatorland? It is my favorite thing to do in Orlando besides the Mouse.

Or how about an airboat ride on a beautiful lake?

If you are here on November 11 you could come and watch a ukulele group have fun. I would even lend you a uke.

We could probably talk catblaster into a mini rally. 8)

hey that sounds like fun, but we won't be there that weekend.  I do like the idea of playing a euk, but I just never had the knack for stringed instruments so you wouldn't want me to join in anyway :)

Gatorland sounds promising actually!  I'll mention that to the kids to see if they are interested.  Looks close to where the conference is so a huge plus!

I recon there is a lot in orlando area that we've never done.  We have a typical couple of routines and seem to do the same things over and over there.  Not very creative and honestly I'm bored of it....  even when we go to the parks, I'm always left thinking we have missed a bunch....  DW likes it though

We would like to join in a mini rally.

It isn't too far to Kennedy Space Center.  For something totally different go to DeLeon Springs and the Old Sugar Mill. Very fun place and a chance to see "the real Florida".
