Does anyone know if there is a lawsuit regarding seat material falling apart? I've had all my cushions recovered because the warranty doesn't cover this. Now the driver's seat is falling apart. I'd appreciate hearing from you.
 
I presume you are outside the 12 month new coach warranty?  A shoddy product is distressing, but not sure what the grounds would be for a lawsuit.  Maybe better to advise them that you will be publicizing the poor quality seating/upholstery and see if maybe they will make a "good will" adjustment for you?
