The carbon monoxide/propane detector alarm will not cut off. The only way stop it is to disconnect the battery and unplug it from the house. The propane is cut off and it has been sitting  for over a.month.  It didn't do this when we last camped a month ago. I am assuming an electrical issue? Battery is fully charged. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Most likley a contaminated sensor in the detector. If so, a replacement would be required.

Many hydrocarbon gasses other than propane can set of the LP alarm, but the on/off reset should clear that for at least a couple minuted before it sounds again.

I've read that you shouldn't use household cleaning chemicals to clean the sensors.  Just a clean dry cloth will do.
