We almost bought a Safari Condo Alto 1743, but the wait period for a new one was nearly a year long. We didn't feel like we could wait that long at the time. They are made in Canada and weigh less than 2000 lbs. It is a little pricey, but would make a great traveler, especially for one. We were actually able to see one that was owned locally and were very impressed. He pulled it with a Subaru Outback.

A bit off the wall, but have you considered outfitting an enclosed cargo trailer as an RV?  There are numerous examples available on YouTube and via a Google search, everything from simple minimalist conversions to full RV interiors.

If you aren't handy with carpentry, go to an Ikea and see what they have for small apartment living ... most stores have at least a couple of full size displays.  Then figure out how to put that inside the trailer.

This would let you customize the trailer exactly as you want it.
