A Hurricane is similar to Aquahot and is a diesel-powered heating system. http://itrheat.com/hurricane-heating-systems/
I'm guessing that "cabin fan" refers to the fans at each heat outlet that move air over the heat exchanger. Might one of the fans be jammed, or simply shorted out for some reason?
