removing inside ceiling trim in 1998 Fleetwood Storm

I just purchased a 1998 Fleetwood Storm Class A and need to run wires for a backup camera. I figured the best way to do that would be to put it behind the trim where the side walls meet the ceiling but I cant figure out how the trim pieces are attached. Didn't want to just pull one down and ruin it. Can someone advise?

Could it be something similar to this. If it is, I think you're in trouble.

Nope that's not it. It looks like its just some kind of wood about 3" wide with carpet or fabric on it.
 
It's possibly 1/8" board that has been upholstered and nailed in.  Try lightly pulling an end slowly.
