Welcome to the forum!
Using the advanced search feature on rvtrader.com,
I got the following:
- 2016 Itasca REYO 25Q (25ft so 1ft over the 24ft max you're looking for, and the dinnete is not a separate thing but a table in front of a sofa, but the other specs check out).
- 2015 Winnebago VIA 25Q (ditto, 25.5ft)
- 2018 Coachmen RV Prism 2250 DS (25ft, and with a proper booth dinette)
- 2018 Dynamax Corp Isata 3 Series 24RWM (24ft and ask other specs check out)
And many others. From this quick search, I think there's quite a few units that fit your specs, specially if you are willing to relax the size limit to 25/26ft.

Welcome to the Forum!
Class A less than 30 ft are usually gas motors. Many Class C or Class B have diesel motors.
Look on RVTrader, as mentioned, as well as E Bay and PPL. PPL has a floor plan on every unit on the main listing page. RVTrader has lots of filters.
I'm sure what you want is out there.
