The power mirrors on both sides only move in one direction, meaning they will go up but not down and right but not left. I did replace the switch with did not fix the issue. I am guessing there is a relay somewhere now that could be the cause of this, how would I find where they would be located and  or a wiring diagram for these. Or any other ideas.

I don't think there's a relay for the mirrors, but I could be wrong. Since both mirrors have the same directional problem, I'm thinking there's a disconnected/loose wire that's common to both mirrors. I believe the mirror motors are controlled by reversing the polarity to the motors. You might want to use a VOM and check continuity from the wires at the switch to one of the motors. That'll tell you if power is getting from all the switch's contacts to the motor.
