I had the same problem. Had an RV tech look at it when he was working on something else. Told me a bolt had pulled completely through its mounting. He took the whole step off and repaired the weak areas (more than one). Cost about $150 for the labor - no parts other than a bolt or two). The step is better now but it does still sag a bit. I attribute some of that to design. penman39 said:Mine sag also. I found that the support metal under the coach was partially broken allowing excessive flex. I had it MIG welded.
