Anyone out there ever heard of Happy Camper Club? We have been full timing for 5 years and have never heard of it.  Now I'm get mail from them to join.  Looks like it's set up like Passport America.
 
It's an organization based in the UK for UK campers/RVers. I hadn't heard of them prior to reading your question.
