I have two old TV antennas on the roof of the motorhome I just bought. I'd like to remove them and patch the roof where they are located. What is the best way to patch the roof to assure no roof leaks?

You can buy an EPDM self adhesive patch to cover the holes, or use Eternabond tape. Either way, make sure the roof around the holes are as clean as you can get them. If you need something solid to cover the actual hole in the sheathing, something like a piece of FRP or aluminum flashing should work. Cut either a bit larger than the hole itself, then make an X cut in the roofing material. Put down the flashing or whatever you use, then fold the existing roof material back over it. Finish patch up with Eternabond tape or the EPDM patch.

Or just use Dicor self leveling lap sealant to seal around one of the patching methods above. I like Eternabond myself, but the old-fashioned lap sealant is just as effective when properly applied.
