Looking for a Fabricator for a Motor Home Slide Part.

I have come up blank trying to find the Slide  Out Support Tube for my Georgie Boy.  Does anybody know of a fabricator that could make one for me.  The description of it is as follows (from the manufacturer):

The tube measures 3" sq x 65" long, with a gear rack length of 48".  Positive stop plate is pre-installed.
