Sink stains??

MY DW is concerned about stains on our cream colored sink.  What do you folks use to deal with stains?  I am not sure what is the material used to build them.  It is some sort of plastic.  It is the same used in many TTs and RVs.
 
I'm no expert and haven't had difficult stains in our RV sink (yet) but our house sinks are also made of some type of plastic very similar to the RV. I would treat stains in the RV sink same as home sink.
