I don't know for a fact but TPO was pretty rare in RV roofs back then. It didn't get into fairly wide use until around 2002 and even then only in upper tier models. I seriously doubt if you have a TPO roof membrane.
RV roof maintenance is largely a matter of keeping up with the caulked seams and edges around openings (vents, a/c, antenna, etc). Touch up or replace loose caulk with Dicor Lap Sealant.
The roof membrane itself doesn't need much except periodic washing to cut down on mold as well as just plain looking better. Washing also reduces the nasty "black streaks' on the RV sidewalls that comes from dirty roof run-off. Wash with a strong detergent and bleach solution and use a medium bristle brush.
