Tow a Bmw ?

There are towing guides available that list the cars that can be towed 4 down.  I don't know for sure about your BMW, but I tow a '06 Mini Cooper S, 6 speed manual 4 down, that is built by BMW.  You will need to see if any of the tow bar companies make a bracket for the BMW.  I checked the Blue-Ox web site and it shows they don't make one for a BMW.  Try Roadmaster.
