Hello everyone,

Bear with me, new to the RV world but moving to the land of RVs - Utah

We are moving from Florida (Fort Lauderdale area) to the exciting state of Utah (Salt Lake City) and are in need of renting a motorhome for just one way trip. It's only two of us. Of course, we called the nearest Cruise America company and was told that they only rent RVs. When I looked at the motorhome rentals, you have to return it to the pick up place. Is there a place where you can rent a motorhome for only one way? Needed for February 25th, 2018.

Thank you all in advance for your help,

George

*If we really like our trip in the motorhome, we may even consider buying one once settle in Salt Lake City.

Not quite the same, but when we rented a large truck to move from New York to Florida, it was significantly less money to take it back, including fuel cost, than it was to one-way. RV may be, if you find one, similar.

There are ways to rent one-way. A couple friends of mine did it in the past but I've not kept in touch with them. I think it was basically transporting them between buyers & sellers.
