RV :  2007 Flagstaff Ultra Lite.
        Brand New Tires

This is my first RV winterization. Understand that process, but due have a question.
Should the tires be left on the ground, or put up on jacks ?

Using the jacks to take some of the weight off the tires is something the tire manufacturers recommend, but they also suggest an alternative of adding 10 psi or so. Either way, it helps relieve the stress on the tire of remaining in one position, with the lower side belts flexed in one position long term.  Just how much good that does, if any, is harder to establish. 

Of course, the jack manufacturers want you to protect the jacks, not the tires. Their advice is to retract the jacks so the rams are not exposed to dirt or water.
 
I don't know of a single person reporting tire damage by just parking the rig. However, I know several with damaged jacks after being left down all winter.
