Anyone know how to take the panel out with the outside shower and water hook ups, so I can get to the waste valves and cables, they are leaking when off, getting old I guess,

My panel is in three pieces ... one across below the water lines, one above the lines, and one that the lines go through. Removing the top and bottom strips isn't terribly bad. But removing the middle strip would require talking every connection loose ...mine are compression fittings which I believe have to be cut to take them apart. I doubt you want to go there. I have been able to tighten one or two that were leaking, and replaced the guts of one valve. Good luck. Go slowly, and take pictures before disassembly if necessary to remember how things go back in.
