Also seen a couple initiations where someone used a grease gun to pump a bunch of grease into the muffler. Guy would reinstall his rebuilt engine and it'd smoke like crazy. Out comes the engine for teardown and everything looks good.
It wasn't me. I was just glad I found out about the dirty sob or I would have been more than ticked. Depending on different employment situations some people can be well protected. A guy who normally rebuilds engines may want to protect his territory and he pretty much couldn't be fired. The company could close it's doors though.
