Outer/front tire stem on a dually?

I've looked at pictures and I've looked at my tires, and I'm stumped.

On my front ones each stem is clearly visible through one of 4 holes in the wheel cover.
On the dually sets, the only visible valve stem is the wire-mounted one for the inside tire. I CANNOT see/find the tire stem for the outer tire.  :(

E450 chassis, in case that makes a difference.
 
The outer tire valve stem faces toward the inner tire.  Kind of hard to see.  They make an extender that curves out towards the front of the tire. Probably best to call or stop by a truck tire place to see if they have one and can install it for you.
