I live in OKC. Been by Arcadia a LOT of times but I've never stayed there. It's not a huge lake, but it is kind of pretty and sort of off the beaten path. Just "down the road" from it is Pops. It's a burger joint with EVERY kind of soda pop you'd ever see anywhere.
 
Couldn't find many reviews online, or what I did find were a few years old.  Guess I'll call the City of Edmond and see what their reservation policy is.
 
My wife has stayed there a few years back and it was fine.  You can also check on Cedar Valley RV in Guthrie.  Small but nice, all pull thrus. North Okc is Twin Fountains, off I35, south Okc is Roadrunner off I35.
