Hi,
I'm a new owner of an ATV, an Arctic Cat 550i. It's 5 years old with less than 200 km's on it. We have some fairly cold weather here in Cape Breton lately. I didn't have any problems with the ATV yesterday when I was clearing snow in -1 Celsius weather, but when I started it this afternoon to spread some sand, I had trouble starting it and when it did get going, it didn't have any power and kept "bogging down". I couldn't get it to go more than 3 kph, but after a bit, it would only crawl a few feet at a time before bogging down. I was thinking my gasline was freezing up, but I use Seafoam additive which should avoid that issue.
I've put the ATV away for now with a heater blowing on the engine in the cold barn, so I hope it runs fine in a few hours.
Any ideas based on the symptoms? Thanks in advance.
