So, I've got a customer with a cougar 5th wheel, and the bottom half of the touchpad doesn't work.lights up like it's supposed to, but, none of the slides work, neither does the awning. Keystone tells me this is a known problem, but no fix exsists?! Unbelievable!
Figured I'd reach out to anybody here and see if you've had a similar problem , and what you did. Thanks!
