Try Shop4Seats.com. We purchased a couch from them and are very satisfied so far. You may find something that fits your needs.

Thank you for that recommendations but none of the couches were what I am looking for. I have a jack knife couch right now but I don't what one. I need a sleeper but the ones I have seen on rv sites are to big. I have found a couch I like in IKEA but it is to long I am just wanting to know if someone can make one like that to the length of my other couch?

I have been down this road before and all I could find was custom upholsterers or carpenters that specialize in cabinetry etc. and then upholstering it myself. Both of which were insanely expensive and troublesome. I ended up sticking with what I have.

Ikea rolls out new items pretty frequently. If you wait a bit they may come out with something that works for you. Alternatively, they have a product called the valentuna that is like a very large single seat and folds out to a single bed. In a camper it would probably work as a small sofa depending on your space.

I think both Villa and Flexsteel will make RV furniture to order, but I suspect the price will be a shocker. They do it for their more expensive grades only, from what I understand.  This company handles special order to Villa, so maybe a place to start inquiries:

The better grades of sleeper sofas from both Villa and Flexsteel are quite comfortable, much better than the usual low-priced crap that RV builders mostly install. But again, that's quite a bit more expensive than the typical stuff.

Here is Flextsteel's standard lines of sleeper sofa:

I know about IKEA stuff but so far all are to long. My space is just 80" long 64" wide. All the ones that will fit wide won't fit long. I am needing a new couch as soon as possible because my jack knife couch is broken and won't pull out. My brother is staying with me right now and sleeping on the couch.

We had one of Flextsteel's top model jackknife sofas in our former coach and all who used it thought it quite comfortable.

The shortest standard double or twin size will be 74" long;  Queen sizes are 80".  Plus whatever is needed for the sofa back, usually 9"-12". I don't know where to find anything shorter than that, but RV manufacturers do get shorter sizes for some floor plans. Of course, they order enough quantity to get a decent price.

This website advertises sofa beds for small spaces, but I don't see any opened dimensions.

I just got a double recliner with a console and a swivel recliner to replace the uncomfortable OEM hide-a-bed and swivel recliner in my coach from a site called RecPro.com  So far I'm well satisfied with them.
They have an 80" triple wall hugger recliner where the back of the center section also folds down to be used as a console.  They also carry various jackknife and trifold sofas.

There are many places you can get custom size sofas these days. These are my recommendations:

Most of these companies lets you customize by length, depth and fabric so its pretty cool and can fit most RV if you need
