I have an Allison 2200 PTS in a custom vehicle built on a 2006 Freightliner mt55 chassis. In the past this vehicle has given me issues before relating to a bad VSS, replaces the VSS all good. Recently it threw a check trans light on the dash as well as ?trans comm fail? on the LCD screen. I?m the past this has been solved by replacing the ?run? fuse and all good. Now however the problem I?ve ran into is that all the fuses are good, all relays are good, the TCM has good power and ground on both ends of the harness to include the pins on the ECM. Just for clarification I am a diesel tech with 12 years in the field so I am pretty handy but I?m stumped and open to any suggestions.
