Had a great time at the Winter Jamboree with 2 days of great weather and one day of snow, and rain. And I had one seriously close call.

WOW! Assuming you are the green JK, how in world did you recover from that predicament?

I'm the Red TJ scrambling to get as far away as I could, as fast as I could. I moved 5'-7' before hitting a wall throttle down and as the JKU came down and it landed just close enough to tear my Trash-A-Roo... I hesitate to think what would've, or could've happen had I not been paying attention to everything around me during this very difficult descent.

How we ended up...

Glad the you escaped rather unscathed.

How did the JKU come to be in that spot? Were spotters there?

Too bad on the JKU.

The driver was a first timer, driving a new to him JKU who then refused a spot.

Bet he won't refuse a spot the next time.

The Jeep's Owner said he was going to create a crawler with what's left...  ???

If I did that to my TJ, I'd junk the hardtop and find a complete soft top off craigslist and be done with it.  But then, I never would have refused the spot, either.
