The middle thingy looks like something I have at home. My drawers have a middle slide under the drawer. The end of the metal track is supported on the end on the back wall of the bureau with a device similar to that.

The three slot thing on the left attaches to the outside of your windshield, then it will hold up to three flags on short sticks.

What does it say on the packaging of the 3rd item?

The one in the middle and the one on the right are drawer slide back sockets. They are used to hold the back end of the metal drawer slides when that cannot be attached to the sides. Those even offer a bit of side to side adjustment. Not sure what the other thing is.
