I have water stains on ceiling any help would be appricated

I would also be concerned about how those stains got there. Water has migrated from somewhere through your roof.

A number of years ago, I bought a flybridge Carver that had broken dog down tabs on a number of ports below deck.
In the galley, the water stains were terrible.
Tried using a product called Winning Colors (photo attachedj
Fantastic stuff. Took the stains completely out.
Used it again when my dock neighbor spilled full glass of red wine on beige carpet.
In Canada, we could get it at Home Hardware, Home Depot etc.
