I had a roof leak from an old Satellite dish on my roof and it discolored the ceiling inside the coach. Does anyone have suggestions on how to clean the water stains off of this type of ceiling? The ceiling has the look and texture if short Berber style carpeting.

Try washing with Oxyclean first.  If that doesn't do it, you can try daubing white vinegar or lemon juice (mild acids) on it. I suggest using a Q-tip to daub with first, as a small test area.  There are also rust stain removal products, e.g. Whink, that might work (test it first).

Here are some tips that may apply:

I have used a spray mist of bleach and water on auto headliner, plaster and acoustic tiles, with good success.  Try dabbing some on a very small area with a Q-tip for a test.

Try the Lysol cleaner w Hydrogen Peroxide..
Someone in this forum recommended.
Spray it then blot it with clean rag...
The stain should slowly go away.
The funny part is I had to use different cleaners to remove stains. Oxy is good for pet waste stains...but never removed the headliner stains.

I just used a mixture of 1 part bleach and 3 parts water in a spray bottle. Sprayed it on and blotted with paper towel. Had to do it several times to get all the stain out.
I tried lots of other stuff first, oxyclean, folex, carpet spot remover etc,
