I don't want the manufacturers to do anything to increase quality of new RVs. If they did they would only raise the prices up even higher.
 
Just about every industry could use improvement in their standards. One truism is that quality seems to vary widely from one manufacture to another. And the amount of units produced also has an effect on quality. And since most of these units are all produced by humans, one piece at a time also figures into the equation. The best thing we can do as customers is to vote with our feet.
 
As industrial robotics takes center stage and we begin to see a retooling from RV Manufacturers that will utilize sectional construction as ship, and aircraft builders utilize we will see a great improvement in overall quality that will show up in the bottomline as a savings to the consumer.

Of course it will take one of the big manufacturers to jump in and really give the process a go and demonstrate its overall profitability. We are seeing moves in that direction and certainly it is the future of RV manufacturing.
