Replacing the quad ring seal on my Sensar TV Antenna

I developed a water leak the other day during a hard rain storm and it looks like I need to replace the quad ring which is around the worm gear shaft. Looking for a replacement part, I've found that in order to get a replacement quad ring, I need to buy the worm gear assembly RP-4000.
It's only $11.61 at Amazon but all I need is the quad ring. Anyone know where I can buy one?

It's been over 24 hours with no response so I guess I'll have to bite the bullet. I just ordered the set assembly. Will have it on Monday. I am also going to remove the elevator assembly because there is a O Ring under there and I should be able to match it up at a auto parts store or maybe even Lowe's.
